🔹 Refund Timeline

  • Refund requests are processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refund must be requested through the SSLCOMMERZ merchant panel
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of understanding of the product
  • Already accessed/downloaded content
  • Failure to check product details before purchase

5. Access & Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered instantly or within a short time after successful payment
  • Access details will be sent via email or provided on the website

6. Customer Claim Policy

Customers may raise a claim through their issuing bank within 120 days (Visa/MasterCard) if the product/service is not delivered.

In such cases, the merchant must provide valid proof of delivery (e.g., email delivery logs, access records).

SSLCOMMERZ uses automated fraud detection systems. Suspicious transactions may require verification:

  • Photo ID (Passport/Driving License)
  • Card verification (first 6 & last 4 digits)

Failure to provide required documents may result in transaction reversal.
