Welcome to mofassel.com. We are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all our services and transactions. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our services (real estate consultancy, property booking, digital products, training programs, and webinars), our refund policy varies depending on the type of product or service purchased.

2. Real Estate Bookings & Property Investments

For land, flat, share land, or property bookings:

  • Booking money is considered a commitment fee.

  • Booking fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed according to the terms mentioned in the official booking agreement.

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

Processing time for approved refunds: 15–30 working days.

3. Digital Products (eBook, Courses, Training Materials)

Due to the digital nature of these products:

  • All digital product purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or download link delivered.

  • If you face technical issues accessing the product, we will provide full technical support.

4. Webinars & Paid Training Programs

  • If cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, you may request a transfer to a future session.

  • No refund will be provided for no-shows.

  • In case we cancel or reschedule the event, you may choose either a full refund or transfer to another session.

5. Consultancy Services

  • Consultancy fees are non-refundable once the session has been conducted.

  • If cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, rescheduling may be allowed.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment gateway policies.

  • Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

7. Exceptions

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • False or misleading information was provided during booking.

  • Terms of service were violated.

  • The refund request does not comply with this policy.
