1. Digital Products Delivery

Delivery Method:
Products are delivered electronically via:

  • Download link

  • Member dashboard access

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Delivery Time:
Access is usually provided immediately after successful payment confirmation. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours.

If you do not receive access within this timeframe, please contact us.


2. Webinar & Online Training Access

For paid webinars or online sessions:

  • Confirmation email will be sent after registration/payment.

  • Access link will be shared before the scheduled event.

  • In case of technical issues, our support team will assist you.


3. Consultancy Services Delivery

For 1:1 consultancy or advisory services:

  • Session date and time will be confirmed via phone or email.

  • Sessions may be conducted online (Zoom/Google Meet) or at our office.

  • All consultancy services are considered delivered once the session is completed.


4. Real Estate & Property-Related Document Delivery

For land, flat, or property investments:

  • Booking confirmation will be issued after payment verification.

  • Official documents, agreements, and receipts will be delivered:

    • Physically at our office, or

    • Via courier (if requested), or

    • Digitally (scanned copies via email)

Construction & Handover Timeline:
Property development and handover timelines are governed by the signed agreement between both parties.


5. Physical Delivery (If Applicable)

If any physical documents or materials are required:

  • Delivery time depends on location within Bangladesh.

  • Courier charges (if applicable) may be borne by the client unless otherwise stated.

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–7 working days.


6. Delivery Issues

If you experience:

  • Non-receipt of digital products

  • Broken or incorrect document delivery

  • Delay beyond stated timeframe

Please contact us within 3 working days for resolution.
