Important Tax Note:
SSLCOMMERZ holds a valid Tax Exemption Certificate. Therefore, no tax will be applied to invoices or charges issued to SSLCOMMERZ.
4. Delivery Policy
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- Refund requests are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of submission.
- Refund requests must be initiated through the SSLCOMMERZ merchant panel.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Customer Claim Policy
Customers may raise a claim through their card issuer bank within 120 days (for local/international Visa/MasterCard) if the product/service is not delivered.
In such cases, the merchant must provide valid delivery confirmation documents.
7. Fraud Prevention Policy
SSLCOMMERZ uses an automated fraud detection system. Suspicious transactions may be held for verification.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Photo identity (Passport/Driving License)
- Card verification (first 6 and last 4 digits)
Failure to provide required documents may result in payment reversal without prior notice.
